Many companies suddenly experience significant losses, forcing them to shut down operations. Companies are facing many unexpected events that may resulting in significant losses.
Companies must be able to protect themselves from these dangers. This is where risk management is crucial. It is a defense system that can protect a company from unforeseen events that can cause harm. The costs of managing risks should be insignificant compared to the potential losses that could occur if the company fails to protect itself.

The purposes of doing Risk Assessment are
to identify the risks faced by a corporation in the coming year.
to assess the probability of each risk and the impact (in rupiah) of the risks.
